Study On Social Evaluation Index System And Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Integrated Evaluation Model For Hydraulic Projects

From the viewpoint of sociology, this dissertation studied the theory on socialevaluation of hydraulic projects. The social evaluation index system of hydraulicprojects and the fuzzy integrated evaluation model for social evaluation of hydraulicprojects were dealt with in this dissertation. Also social evaluation of the HadashanHydraulic Project was studied as a case.First of all, the advances in social evaluation theory of construction projects werereviewed, and the specific problems to be further studied in the area of socialevaluation of hydraulic projects were presented.Secondly, the fundamental theory of social evaluation of the construction projects andthe evaluation index system theory were reviewed.Thirdly, the characteristics of social evaluation theory for hydraulic projects werediscussed, and the methodology of how to set the social evaluation index system forhydraulic projects was dealt with in this dissertation.Then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used in social evaluation of hydraulicprojects, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy integrated evaluation model for socialevaluation of hydraulic projects was established.Last, Hadashan Hydraulic Project was studied as a social evaluation case, and it wasshown that Hsdashan Hydraulic Project was of great social benefit.
