Research On Financing And Credit Management Of Hydroelectric Power Construction Project

Risk management is one of the principal tasks of bank credit management, how to recognize and transfer the risk has become a principal problem of bank field in domestic and foreign. To study how to utilize various qualitative and quantitative analysis means is a hotspot of band credit risk management. In our country, the new round reform of electric power system are starting up, hydroelectric power project construction has launched on a large scale, the new situation has been showed in the investment field of power construction, many kinds of marketing financing ways have already been adopted by the electricity power enterprise.The paper has three main parts, which is showed as follow:In the first part, the paper shows the practicality and feasibility of project financing in hydroelectric power construction in our country by the analysis of project financing in Zhiganglaka hydroelectric power station in Yellow River, and also studies the project financing and financing risk.In the second part, the paper modifies the original evaluating formula to improve the feasibility of the evaluating formula by embedded theoretic analysis of the dynamic value evaluating of the impawning electric sale and charge right of the hydroelectric credit project, and also applies the new formula to the Gongboxia hydroelectric project in Yellow River.In the last part, the paper mostly analyzes the importance and concrete method of the credit structure design, risk avoid and project supervising by the theoretical application of credit and project checkup based on Zhiganglaka hydroelectric project in Yellow River which built with foreign capital investment, and also links the credit business to give reference to more hydroelectric construction project, help to form the culture foundation of credit management with trade nature gradually and make credit management theory specialized.
