Using the strategic development theory and method, and according to Ping An Insurance company of China ' s management experience, This thesis draws a comprehensive conclusion about strategic management of PAIC, which is the typical mode of the Chinese life insurance company in WTO.This thesis is divided into 7 chapters, At first, Chapter one describes the Chinese insurance development and the necessity of Chinese insurance market opening. In the second chapter, based on the strategic development theory, life insurance 's strategic management is analysed. And in Chapter three, a comprehensive analysis of influence of Chinese life insurance company after China joined the WTO is made. fourthly, through Macro economic analysis and the enterprise circumstance analysis, the Chinese life insurance external strategic factors are described. According to PAIC's actuality, the company's superiority and the lackness are pointed out. At last, using the method of External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix(IFE), Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), combined with PAIC actually status are analysed in detail. And by the method of SWOT&QSPM , a detailed plan about PAIC ' s strategic development is worked out.Based on the research of Chinese life insurance 's delevopment strategy. It is pointed out that nation's life insurance company should as soon as possible accelerate the business by get more market and more market depth and Optimize company's service quality. developing the potential market. widening the method of capital investment and raising the capital application level, to archive higher target.
