Study On Residential Public Service Facility Under Market Economy System

The thesis regarding our national socio-economic development as the macroscopical background, and the development of residential area as the micro environment, by reviewing the development of public service facility and economic environment of our country, mainly observe and study the change and development of the residential public service facilities during the evolution of economic system in our country, finding out the existing problems and trying to seek the reasonable solution to it. The content of the thesis can be divided into three following parts:The first part of thesis includes the first two chapters: Introduction and the second chapter. The introduction briefly introduce the subject and background of the research, and the current situation of relevant fields study, and the framework of the study; Chapter two is the review of the history of the development of the residential public service facilities and the building standard. At the end of it, the author try to summarize the character of the residential public facilities' building in our country under the planned economy period.The second part of the thesis includes chapter three and four. In chapter three the author analyzes the influence to the residential public service facilities of the different factors under the market economic circumstance, after that, in chapter four, according to the survey result, the author mainly discusses about the change and development of the residential public service facilities nowadays, and dissertate the need of the inhabitants under the market economic system.The third part of the thesis is chapter five and six, in chapter five the author analyse about the problem that faces emphatically in public service facility development in the present stage, in chapter six the author sum up the analyze result and bring out the suggestion to the benign way of the development of the residential public service facilities.
