In these five years, accompanying with the economic fast developing and the peoples income stable improving, more and more person began to consume on automobile.There are three reasons promote personal auto consume: firstly,the police for auto industry is more free then before after china entering WTO. Secondly, with the improving of motor production, China motor company can made more than before, the auto price is changing more cheaper than before too. At last, credit consume on auto had rapidly rose. For these reasons, automobile that was regarded as the luxury goods ten years ago for Chinese has becoming a commonly things now.More and more motors, especially private motors, have promoted car accessory and service trade development in China. Now, car accessory and service is one of the most sprout trade in China. Because there is the enormous business opportunity in it, not only the local firms feel excited but also some famous international corporations enter China car accessory and service market recently under this background. CYH Co.LTD is one of the leader corporations which enter China market.Brand advantage, shop design, operation management are the core competitiveness of CYH Co.LTD. Using the service leader strategy, CYH wholesale car accessory and made Yellow-Hat chain shop in China market. Now, many China customers had known this Japan style goods and shop. Because of the peculiarity in car accessory trade, CYH gives China local corporations many new concepts and experience. This paper is be written under this background.The development strategy in China car accessory market for CYH Co.,LTD will be analyzed in this paper. In this paper we will talk about car accessory development in China market, the motivation of CYH international operate. Also including the important of China marketing strategy in it global strategy, the surrounding which CYH face, etc.Base on the above reasons, around its core competitiveness, I analyze the China market development strategy and give my suggestion for CYH's strategy. The innovation in this paper is study car accessory marketing by scientific method. I hope this paper will give China local car accessory and service corporations good suggestions and some help.
