| Business to Business(B2B),which is a kind of commercial activities using modem information network and computer technology,is a main form of the Electronic Commerce(EC),and influences the EC development substantially?Since B2B developed rapidly in 1990'S,it has been put into use in various areas of trade, and the business turnover realized by B2B has increased by exponential progression. The development of B2B demands it should connect with the inner information management system of company and forms a complete commercial operation scheme. Based on study and analysis of numerous B2B websites,this paper designs and develops a basic solution for typical B2B web site,which Can be easily applied to develop concrete B2B Website System in foreign trade enterprises with the corresponding professional practice of intemational business.The B2B Website System can realize the B2B basic EC flow operation in foreign trade enterprises, match the professional specification and satisfy the needs of simulation teaching in education and training? According to a great deal of reference,this paper introduces and analyzes several B2B(EC)running patterns including each model'S features and applicable scope.It also discusses system structure of database operation,compares advantages and disadvantages of three models(Terminal/Mainframe;Client/Server;Browser/Server), and studies different approaches of accessing Web database.At last,the three- layer B/S model,which uses PHP technology to develop Web database,and applies Apache as Web Server and MySQL as Web database,has been adopted.Combining with the correlative flows of intemational trade,the B2B Website System based on Internet is in detail analyzed,and a cross- area and cross- platform commerce information system has been designed.It Can realize the business flow of international trade,such as business negotiation,contract discussion,contract signing and contract tracing,etc. between enterprises and clients.It will transmit information in time and also can meet requirements of B2B development by real- time interacting.The whole system iincludes background operation and merchandise maintenance module,which provides administrator support for the data processing and maintenance of foreground web site. This system aims at realizing integration,network- base and individuality,which are embodied in all the modules,especially in the modules of business negotiation and contract discussion.Setting different functions of the system is to help clients to deal with the complex intemational trade flow by simple operations,thus,makes clients actually realize the operation is convenient and function is complete and extendable. For the design of this system is fully structure- based,it Can be conveniently extended to satisfy the more complicated needs. There are four chapters in this paper.The first chapter is a brief state of arts of B2B.It also describes the present development of B2B in the area of Intemational Trade.and the exploitation background and significance of this system.In the second chapter the demands of the users,who use the B2B Website System,can be analyzed by UML modeling tool.The third chapter describes system design including designs of research and development(R&D)environment,system structure,system function and system database.among which the details of module function design are the key Dart.The fourth chapter introduces the whole realization process of the system in detail.and this chapter shows the result of the realization process and analyzes the source code of part flows in the system. In course of development of B2B Website System,many problems emerged. Finally,the paper concludes the experience to develop such system and stresses unsolved problems in this kind of system development.
