In the modern society, as the rapid development of economics and the drastic competition of technology, the rivalry of people with ability becomes more and more vehement. Those enterprises which have gotten great success in the market competition have the common experience and method, that is to establish an excellent group though all kinds of reforms.The China International Electronic Commerce Center (CIECC) has implemented the enterprisized management and also has been seriously impacted in the unprecedented talent competition. Though full research and discussion, CIECC at last decidedly performed the compensation reform. CIECC has attracted and remained a group of high technology and capable people by the reform, which reinforced and stabilized this group while optimizing the talent structure; the talents assured CIECC's construction and development.This article will be divided into four parts, that is, the background analysis of the compensation reform, the contents and operating of the compensation design, the effects of the practice about compensation and optimization of talent structure, some problems during implementing the reform which is worthy of noting. This article introduces in detail the contents of CIECC's reform and even does some further daring research work on the theory foundation and implementing condition. Besides recommending a point of view to the people who pay attention to the optimization of talent structure, and this article hopes to arose more thoughts of people.
