Positive Analysis Of Multi-Layer Development In HaiNan

The dissertation takes economic growth of Hainan province as an example, and applies positive analysis to test the hypothesis of multi-layer economic growth. Dealing with intrinsic powers and growth routes, which are the basic goal and primary subject.The dissertation comprises six parts.The preface gives a general account of the purpose, logistic thoughtfulness, research method, technical route and framework of this dissertation.The second part includes the delineation of basic concepts, and summary and discussion on related theories. It mainly explains the related concepts, such as economic growth, multi-layer of economic growth, etc. It provides the theoretical background of economy growth, investment and economy growth, labor and economy growth. The purpose of this part is to necessarily prepare for study.Chapter and chapter IV are the Third part. This section mainly introduces theories and model's presupposition of layered economic growth. Up to this point, author analysis situation of economic growth and mainly influencing factors about economic growth. Applying factor analysis method, analyzes situation of all city's (countries) economy.The fourth part is positive analysis. Economic growth question have been studied form quantitative aspect. Author establish mathematical model and mark off layers of Hainan's economic growth. It is the core section of this dissertation.Chapter VI and chapter are the e fifth part. This section include the conclusions of this research, related questions, countermeasures and advices. Basing on above points, it put forward some countermeasure and advice about promoting development of Hainan's economy.The research methods of this paper are those: the theoretic analysis is combined with positive analysis; the method that qualitative analysis is combined with quantitative analysis and dynamic analysis's method of economy.The research findings are also highlighted here.(1)Gradation is distinct of economic growth about Hainan province economic system.From analysis of all cities's(countries) contribution rate of factors, it can mark off different layers in Hainan's development of economy. It mark off three layers: for those contribution rate of investment is higher to labor as one layer; for those contribution rate of labor is higher to investment as one layer; and for those contribution rate of labor and investment are minus as one layer.(2)Layered policy can further promote economic growth of Hainan province.After study and compare between total economic growth model and layered model of all cities(countries), the last conclusion is that there is layers of Hainan's economic system. Layered policy can further promote economic growth.(3)Most of cities(counties) are in period of labor promoting economic growth.From analysis of labor contribution rates of all cities(counties), labor contribution rates is higher to investment contribution rates to economic growth. That is to say labor is key factor to economic growth, and Hainan's economy is of low status.(4)From industrial structure analysis, primary industry is mainly source of economic growth.From industrial and district aspect analysis of economic growth, Primary industry is mainly source of economic growth. Haikou, sanya and eastern district are not only center of economy but also primary power for economy. The two districts are primary strongly engine for economic growth. Western district is secondary engine for economic growth, and middle district is tertiary weakly engine for economic growth.(5)According to factor analysis, claims show that there exist layers in economic status of all cities(counties). Using cluster analysis to analyze economic status of all cities(counties). There are three clusters. In order to realize the growth of economy, it can take same or similar policy's instrument to direct economic development for the same kind.
