Study On Process Control Management Model Of Coalmine Enterprises

An effective management model, which is the first-line factor of remaining invincible in furious competition, plays an important role in improving enterprise's economic benefit, intensifying enterprise's competition and coherency, inspiriting employee to join in management and ensuring enterprise's health development and grandness.On the basis of dissipative structure this paper puts forward Process Control Management Model of Coalmine Enterprises. Coalmine enterprises is an open and unbalanced system and each subsystem is nonlinearly related. But the system falls into confusion because of management mechanism of national enterprises. For realizing system's function, we must resist the tide of balance by control. Process control model is to generate continuous pressure through various methods and passes to subsystems from top to ground step by step such that each section and employee behave actively. Thus the whole enterprises system comes into being a stale and orderly dissipative structure system, which will develop healthily.According to the subsystems of management model, we build the frame of Process Control Management Model, based on which, the article firstly design organizational structure of Process Control Management Model to realize the function of system; Secondly, we innovate the means of ascertaining criterion; Thirdly, Performance evaluation system is set up as incentive mechanism of Process Control Management Model; then Arbitration mechanism is established to settle entanglement appearing in the running of management model. Finally an example shows the feasibility and the efficiency of the management model.
