The Current Situation Of Water And Soil Erosion About Sloping Cultivated Land And The Policies Of Protection In The Area Of Middle And Lower Reaches Of Tumen River

The drainage area of Tumen river is famous for the full of zoology environment in a long period .But with the increasing requirement and the destroying nature, a lot of sloping cultivated lands are eroded, so that affecting the development of culture in this area. So the sloping cultivated land are managed ,it is important to decrease the water and soil erosion .improve zoology environment and advance the continuable development in the society and economy of the drainage area of Tumen river.The thesis ,which studies the area of middle and lower reaches of Tumen river, does analyse the reason and danger of water and soil erosion , and discusses the current situation of water and soil erosion in the sloping cultivated land and the protective policies .At the background, according to the conditions of the natural geography and the society and economy ,the precondition of continuable development ,the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions, it brings forward the steps of utilizing the soil, cultivating the soil and advancing the soil productivity.
