Our country has become one of the most serious soil erosion countries in theworld.Our country attaches great importance to research on legal system of soil and waterconservation for a long time. After the Water and Soil Conservation Law has set up in1993,soil and water conservation policies and regulations are made breakthrough progress. Thelater work of soil and water conservation will inevitably play a huge role on the Water andSoil Conservation Law increased the number of related system and the soil and waterconservation system also increasingly perfect.
