Research On Rural Urbanization And Development Of County Economy

The Tenth Five-Year Plan of our country regards urbanization strategy as one of four great strategies of national economic and social development, this is a very important signal: The urbanization is the developing direction of our whole society. The level of urbanization laging behind becomes the important restriction factors of socio- economic development in our country, especially, in our rural region, the Rural Urbanization is the only way of our modernization and the development of the County Economy .At present, the integral level of County Economy in our country is not high, the different areas are widely different. An important factor of restricting the development of County Economy in our country is that the level of urbanization in our country is not high. This paper has drew the promotion mechanism of couty economic development through the detailed analysis to the current situation and operating mechanism of the Rural Urbanization in our country, in order to offer some new thoughts and methods for development of the County Economy in our country.Starting from the basic theories of the urbanization and the County Economy, this paper systematically explain Rural Urbanization has enormous facilitation to County Economy and County Economy has impetus to Rural Urbanization . And then, analysed current situation, restriction factors, driving mechanism and operational course of the Rural Urbanization in our country in detail . Here, there are four driving forces of urbanization that drew from the actual conditions of the Rural Urbanization in our country: Rural Industrialization , comparing interests , agricultural surplus, system innovation. According to driving mechanism of Rural Urbanization in our country, this paper has developped one operational mode for Rural Urbanization that circulation rises limitlessly. Then according to the mode and the driving forces, this paper put forward to countermeasures for promoting Rural Urbanization , developping County Economy, have offered some new thoughts and methods in developing County Economy in our country. Finally, it is a example-supplemented analyses on Shaodong County Economy, after analysing the current situation of economic development of Shaodong county, it has proposed some measures for the economic development of this county.
