The Study On Supervision Within The Party Of The Communist Party Of China

Supervision within the party is a major problem of the ruling party's construction. This article is guided by the theory of Maxism's party building, commanded by Deng Xiaoping's theory and "Three Represents" thought. The author proceeded from the study of the essence and working mechanism on supervision within the party, persisted in integration of theory with practice, expounded theoretical basis and current significance of supervision within the party, sum up positive and negative experience of the Communist Party of China to strengthen supervision within the party, probed into countermeasures actively. These countermeasures include: make further extension of democracy within the party, fully guarantee party member's democratic rights; put the structure of supervision within the party in order, give full positive role of leading party group at all levels; advance independent authority to supervise of full-time organization for supervision; improve the patrol system step by step; strengthen the system's construction, make it institutionalize and standardize.
