The Charity External Supervision Mechanism Research

American philanthropy has achieved outstanding accomplishment,it has a hugenumber and large-scale of philanthropic organizations which cover kinds of socialfields and each has specific situation.Therefore,the outside supervision of theseorganizations is very important. From the perspective of reality, America has indeedestablished a perfect outside supervision system of philanthropic organizations.Thesystem includes government regulation and supervision which based onlaw,conducted by federal,state and local government with kinds of measures,it alsoincludes social supervision which is made up of the third–sector,the publicinvolvement and the media.Chinese philanthropy is on its starting stage,it has already achieved rapiddevelopment as well as exposed some problems.There are kinds of reasons for theseproblems’coming out,and one of them is the lack of perfect outside supervisionsystem of philanthropic organizations.Therefore,the study of American outsidesupervision system has great realistic meaning.This thesis gives an introduction ofAmerican philanthropic organizations’ current situation and history,and is focus on thestudy of its outside supervision system from both government and socialaspects,trying to use for reference for Chinese philanthropic construction.
