The Study On Interactive Mechanism Of Marine And Land Economy In Dalian

With the deficient land resource, marine industries develop rapidly. Many scholars study actually the marine and land industry's development, but the interactive study of marine and land industry almost is blank. It is abundant in marine resources, and marine economy is developed rapidly in Dalian. At the same time, the contradiction of marine and land industry is very conspicuous, so it is very urgent to cope with the relation of marine and land industries. It is very important to choose the study on interactive mechanism of marine and land economy in Dalian in theory and practice. This article is based on the study both at home and abroad and the research into Dalian city, sums up and analyses the connotation, the principle, theoretical basis of marine and land economy interactive development, and analyses the related tie of marine and land industry. This article analyses the development trend of marine and land relation in Dalian. Many years ago, the single port industry had influence on the development of Dalian city, but now various marine industries have mutual effect on that. This article calculates out the higher and higher contribution rate of marine economy to the regional economy and the promotion effect of marine industries on the regional economy in output value and employment by using the contribution rate analysis and the promotion effect analysis. It analyses the relation of the main marine industries and regional economy by using the correlation analysis, AHP and the qualitative description, and comes to a conclusion that the port is the key motive force of regional economic development. This article that takes Dalian as an example has carried on the protcity's development rule. Finally, the article based on the support of government's policy, the strengthen of port construction, the integrated development of port and city industries, and the integrated management of ecological environment, etc, puts forward some suggestions on implementing the interactive development of marine and land industry in Dalian.
