Study On Development Of Marine Economy In Hebei Province

The State Council authorized to promulgate the Outline for Development & Planning of China's Marine Economy in May,2003. It stated definitely the strategic planning for marine economic development such as guiding principle and development goal for our national marine economy, the future direction and layout for main marine industries, developing the marine economic regions which have different characteristics, strengthening the protective measures for marine resource and environment. The step of marine development is rapidly speeding up in the whole world scope. Developing and useing the marine resource will become one of the main tendencies of world events development. Hebei Province is adjacency the Bohai, abundant in marine resource, has provided the advantage for the marine economy development. To develop and use the marine resource and expedite Hebei's marine economic development have the great significance for our cultivating the new economic growth, enhancing the national economy strength and achieving the Hebei Province's modernization strategic target. This paper analyzes the general situation of Hebei'marine economy, pays attention to the practice and puts forward the concrete settlement measure for the problem researched. The main points are as follows:1. Compare and analyze the general situation of Hebei'marine economy;2. Compile the input-output table of Hebei's marine industry, using it to accomplish the input-output analysis and the industry structure analysis for Hebei's marine economy;3. Choose the leading industries of Hebei'marine economy by comprehensive assessment system established; 4.
