Marine economic development sites provide a lot of space resources for human lifeand development of marine economy.But, irrational exploitation of marine economicdevelopment sites will be serious damage to marine ecological environment,and willhinder the sustainable development of marine economy. So, improve the legal policy ofthe marine economy development sites will have vital significance to the development ofmarine economy.In the first chapter of the thesis, this article defines the marine economy developmentsites and the legal policy of marine economic development sites.In the second chapter, this article studies the status quo of the development andutilization of China’s marine economy, analyzes the serious consequences of the irrationalexploitation of marine economic development sites.In the third chapter, thesis combs the legal policy of China’s marine economydevelopment sites and find out the defects.The fourth chapter researches the legal policy of marine economic development sitesin the United States and Japan.In the end, on the basis of the actual situation of China’s construction of theShandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and the development of marine economy, thearticle learn from the advanced experience of the United States and Japan to put forwardthe recommendations to improve the legal policy of China’s marine economy developmentsites, and provide reference for the executive branch of government to administrate thesites according to the law and optimize the allocation of marine economic developmentsites.
