China Construction Bank is one of the four state-owned commercial bank, Deposit, loan, remittance business are its primary business for years of business operating before 1978. Then the requirement for bank function is diversifying while the society's economy environment changing increasingly, and China Construction Bank's intermediate business has developed rapidly accordingly. At the end of 1998, the categories and sorts of CCB's intermediate business have reached 6 and more than 100 separately and laid a good foundation for further development. Compared with the western developed countries, however, the worse service, less business sorts and absence of management have restricted the development of intermediate business. Benefiting from China's joining WTO, state-owned commercial banks are getting good opportunities as well as facing great challenges.Therefore, on the basis of entirely researching and analyzing, by using correlative management theories, adopting methods of integration of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, analyzing and predicting the inside and outside environment of CCB Anshan Branch, search out the key factors for the development of CCB Anshan Branch's intermediate business. It also conduct positioning and choose the appropriate 4PS marketing strategy on the basis of market segmentation. Considering commercial bank's characteristics of being a service industry, service marketing strategy which include tactics of service difference and service quality management are set up at the same time. Taking the actual situation of CCB Anshan Branch, it also give the intermediate business marketing advice on changing marketing concept, reforming business flow, designing marketing organization, establishing marketing information system, drawing annual marketing plan, evaluating and controlling marketing, so that to provide a effective way for CCB Anshan Branch's intermediate business's permanent and comprehensivedevelopment.
