This dissertation is devoted to some core questions between the nodes of supply chain, which included the mechanism of decision-making, the stability of cooperation, the selection of collaborative partners as well as the coordination of nodes oriented Mass Customisation(MC).The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The decision-making structure of supply chain is established based on the supply chain's physical structure, and the mechanism of supply chain's decision-making as well as the requirement for a responsive supply chain are proposed, which are theory basis for the supply chain's modelling and operation.(2)Selecting optimum partners and constructing efficient supply chain to participate in market competitions is a key approach for various enterprises to improve working efficiency. The thoughts, methodologies of gamed theory and information economy is employed expound the conditions for cooperation balance to efficiently maintain in long-term, and determine the internal mechanism for individual node enterprise to efficiently cooperate in long-term. The incomplete information dynamic game mode is established and an analysed for it. The effective allocation amongst a supply chain is proofed. If the optimum work assignment is given, then the rule will be existed.(3)The stability of the supply chain operation is proposed with game theory. Based on game theory, the method of the distribution of profits among nodes of supply chain is presented. A mechanism to ensure the stability of supply chain is studied from the perspective of maximizing the profit of all the cooperative nodes.
