Study On Restructuring Of Financial System Of Three Gorges Reservoir Area

This thesis studies the problem of restructuring of financial system of Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The relations between regional economy and regional finance are studied firstly. And then, it is proved that the coordinated and sustainable development of society .economy and ecology depends on the development of finance in Three Gorges Reservoir Area. After this, a coordinated system of society .economy and finance is described and the function of financial system of Three Gorges Reservoir Area is studied. On the basis of it, the present situations, problems, causes which resulted in problems and negative effects of financial system of Three Gorges Reservoir Area are studied, finally, Some measures are suggested. The main conclusions and policies are as follows:1. conclusions(l)Only keeping the relation of reliance, equality, mutual benefit and cooperation, can regional economy and regional finance benefit more from each other. But in some poor regions the development of finance should be a little more faster than the development of economy, which is the model of supply-leading.(2)An efficient regional system of finance should be beneficial to the sustainable development of regional finance and regional economy. Besides, it can coordinate the relations of development of national finance and economy.(3)Three Gorges Reservoir Area is a very important region in China and must do many important things: helping emigrants and poor farmers being rich, local economy development and protecting environment.
