Along with our country industrialization, urbanization reform continued to deepen, more and moremigrant workers into the city,and strive to change the family status. In the Three Gorges Reservoir area, thisphenomenon is especially obvious, because of historical and geographical reasons, the development of theThreeGorgesReservoirareasubjecttomanyconstraints,"laboreconomy"hasgraduallybecomeoneofthepillar of the economy of local migrant workers, many migrant workers, the children in the countryside, thegrandparents or other relatives to supervision. The Three Gorges Reservoir area is Chongqing City, one ofthe most concentrated areas of left behind children,their ideological and moral status has attracted wideattention from all sectors of sociThe Three Gorges Reservoir Area left-behind children because theseparation of long-term and the parents, the family structure is not complete, lack of family education,andhas a great influence on their moral development. Through the Wanzhou, Kaixian, Yunyang, Jiangjin,obtain first-hand data, after investigation and analysis,part of the following problems left behind children:Value deviation, decline of the traditional virtues of influence,the lack of awareness of social morality, legalconsciousness,aseriouspsychologicalproblems.Themainreasonforthisproblemistheabsenceofaseriesof family moral education, weakened the function of school moral education, social environment and theinfluence of government system and absence of left-behind children’s self education, caused the left-behindchildren appear ideological and moral problems. To solve the problems of left behind children, depends onthe joint efforts ofthe whole society,to strengthen the familyofleft-behind children responsibility, but also toplay the main channel of Ideological and moral education of school, to purify social atmosphere, thegovernment should establish long-term mechanism for left-behind children, more attention to the differentcategoriesofleft-behindchildrenneeds,notmakeitrigidlyuniformTo solve the problems of left behind children moral is not a short duration of time things, need thecommunitytoactwithunitedstrength,inordertocultivatequalifiedsuccessorsofthesocialistcause.
