Study On Financial Support Of Later-Emigrant Stage Of Three Gorges Reservoir Area

This thesis studies on the application of financial support of later-emigrant stage of Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The research background is told firstly. And then, it states the theoretical guidance to financial support form regional economics and regional finance, and draws successful experience form die development and exploitation of the western American regions. On the basis of it, the present situations, problems causes that resulted in problems and negative effects of financial support on later-emigrant stage are analyzed. Finally, some measures are suggested. Results are studied basically as follows:1 Conclusions(1) Regional finance can effectively promote regional economy to develop. However, regional finance works effectively must be based on the good macro-environment of regional economy.(2) Only keeping mutual benefit and cooperation of the whole financial system, can regional finance efficiently support regional economy.(3) An efficient regional system of finance should depend on the optimization and adjustment of structure for oneself and of support industries' structure.(4) Primary means that regional finance supports economic development is fund support, secondly, there are financial service and financial policy.(5) To achieve many targets such as development, environment-protecting and etc., the government should play not only a positive role in making financial policy, but also, what is more important, spur developed areas and social powers to commonly support economic development of the under-developing areas.(6) Environment protection is the first goal of the exploitation of the Reservoir Area. The focus is that " people first" .(7) The many problems exist in the financial system of Three Gorges Reservion Area are low efficiency, incomplete system, uncertain objects and so on.(8) Based upon the characteristics and the difficulties of the Reservior Area on the later-supporting stage, financial demands of the Reservior Area consist of fund demand, policy demand, service demand...
