Study On The Development Strategy Of Logistics In Hubei Province

Since the 1980's, external environment of enterprises has become more and more unpredictable. To cope with this change, enterprises use cutting down logistics cost as a new strategy to promote interest rate. Consequently, in the developed countries, logistics has become one of the most eye-catching new business fields for great potential value. Logistics business has also developed rapidly in China since the 1990's. Both the central government and local governments have strengthened investments in logistics, and many modern logistics facilities(for example, logistics centers etc.) have set up. However, the current measures have not yet changed the backward state of logistics development thoroughly in China. No matter in view of the macro regulation and guidance of government or of the infrastructure for logistics, there is still a great gap of the logistics enterprises between China and the developed countries.It has very important strategic meaning to develop the logistics service industry, which can improve economic running quality and benefit in a more cost-effective, and change the style of economic increase, and improve the investment environmental. It also can improve the living standard and strengthen the synthesized competitiveness of Hubei.There are six charters in this article. The first charter introduces main purpose, content, meaning and research approach of the paper. Chapter two introduces the problems of the domestic logistics and the enlightenments of the foreign advanced logistics' development. Combining the current situation of the development of logistics of Hubei, the article explains conditions and character of the logistics development. In chapter three, it predicts the logistics demand in Hubei base on the economic indicator predictions. According to the result of logistics requirement forecasting, chapter four puts forward the goal of the logistics construction and development of Hubei. In chapter five, it is detail described about the plan of the regional layout and the focal point and breakthrough point of logistics develops. Chapter six proceeds from the reality,explain the policy and measure of the logistics development in Hubei. Finally is a brief summary.In this text, the writer mainly use qualitative analysis while basing on quantitative analysis to predict the economy and logistics in next 20 years, and that have confirmed the goal of logistics industry's development and layout of buildings in planned period. Finally, the policy and measure of several key problems are given.
