China's Modern Logistics Park Development Model Discussed

With the development of logistics theory and practice, logistics park comes into being. It is one of the important components of china's development of logistics industry. At present, exploring the developing pattern of logistics park with Chinese characteristics is necessary.The paper analyzes the concept, the theory and the service position of logistics park. And the paper analyzes and reviews foreign experience of developing logistics park. On the basis of them, the main body of this paper explores the logistics park's development pattern. It is important that the network of logistics park should be systematically planned in beginning of the logistics park construction. The paper builds logistics network model with logistics park as the nodes. And then, the paper analyzes four types of construction pattern, including the pattern of logistics economy development zone, main enterprises leading, industrial estate agent and comprehensive operation. The paper holds that, at present, comprehensive operation pattern with industrial estate agent pattern as dominant one should be the suitable pattern. According to different integrated range of resources and cooperative relation between parties who participate in constructing service platform in different development phase, the paper present three types of logistics park service platform construction pattern, including static state pattern, dynamic state pattern and steady state pattern, and analyzes the relation between them.
