Research On Surver And Evaluation Of Arableland Reserve Resources

The arable land reserve resources were major supplementary source of cultivated land. And it played an important role in the dynamic balance of the total cultivated land amount. The results of study on survey and evaluation of arable land reserve resources could provide scientific basis for deciding a policy about national land comprehensive utilization and the dynamic balance regulation of total cultivated land amount. Through gathering and analyzing the present data and field soil survey, the types, amounts, qualities and state of distribution of the arable land reserve resources in Huludao city, and evaluated the suitability of cultivated land, and analyzed the capability of development and reclaimed land and the effect on ecological environment, and raised the measure of development and utilization were studied. The objects were to provide scientific basis for working out land-use planning development land, reclaimed land, special planning and items valuating. The results shows:The total amounts of provincial arable land reserve resources and upwards was 3282.57hm2 in Huludao city, collective land amounts was 3176.08hm2 and it was the major arable land reserve resources fraction, accounting for 96.8% of total amount of arable land reserve resources, then national land amount was 106.49hm2, accounting for 3.2% of total amount of arable land reserve resources.The total amounts of national exploitation and reclaimed arable land reserve resources was 2673.03hm2, the total land was suitable cultivated land, the amounts of exploitation land and reclaimed land were 2642.37hm2 and 30.67hm , respectively, and accounting for 98.9% and 1.1% of national exploitation and reclaimed arable land, respectively. Coastal land resources was the major exploitation land fraction, accounting for 64.7% of the national exploitation and reclaimed arable land, then followed by exploitation waste meadow, then saline and alkaline land, and then exploitation uncultivated land and exploitation swamp land, accounting for 24.1%, 3.8%, 3.7% and 3.6% of the national exploitation and reclaimed arable land, respectively.From administrative division of view, the national arable land reserve resources was mainly located in Suizhong county, Xingcheng city and Jianchang county, accounting for 66.9%, 23.5% and 7.8% of the national arable land reserve resources in the whole city, respectively. From natural landforms of view, the national arable land was mainly located at alluvial plain in both sides along the river in the southwest of the city, accounting for 80% of the whole amounts of the city, the others were other exploitation land and reclaimed land located in hilly mountain region in the west, accounting for 20%of the whole amounts of the city.The total amount of provincial exploitation arable land reserve resources was 609.53hm2. They were exploitation land, suitable cultivated land. Exploitation Shoal land was the major exploitation arable land reserve resources, then followed by exploitation waste meadow, then other exploitation uncultivated land, accounting for 53.5%, 42.5% and 4.0% of the total amount of provincial exploitation arable land reserve resources, respectively.From administrative division of view, the provincial exploitation arable land reserve resources was mainly located in Jianchang county, Xingcheng city, Lianshan region and Nanpiao rigion, accounting for 38.8%, 31.8%, 13.1% and 11.4% of the whole amount of the provincial exploitation arable land reserve resources, respectively. From natural landforms of view, the provincial arable land reserve resources was mainly located at plain in the southwest of the city, the other at hilly mountain region in the northeast of the city, accounting for 75.5% and 24.5% of the provincial exploitation arable land reserve resources, respectively.The evaluation index of arable land reserve resources was made.
