Study On High Quality And Safety Circular Strategy Of Dairy Industry In Nanjing City

In the recent years, dairy industry in Nanjing has been developing rapidly thanks for the improvement of people's living standard and China's entering WTO. However, the quality competition of milk products will definitely become more fierce. High quality milk products should have safe and quality fresh milk sources, so the establishment of a safety control system and achievement of cicular economy for milk production have become an urgent issue today. In order to study the cirular economic strategy of dairy industry in Nanjing city. this article analyses present situation and existing problems of milk industry in Nanjing. and puts forward to some measures of techniques and organization that ensure their implementations.1 The historical and present situation of dairy industry in Nanjing cityThe daily industry in Nanjing city could trace back to 1879, but had slow development before the liberation in 1949. After the liberation, especially after the policy of reformation and opening was taken. all the amount of cows, milk yield and consumption per capita have improved rapidly.According to official statistics, the amout of cows was 35.1 thousands heads, total milk yield was 110 thousands tons in Nanjing in 2003. And cow-raising has a tendency to larger-scale and regionalizatioa there were more than 30 cows communities which all had a scale more than 100 heads. In recent years, average milk yield per milking cow improves gradually, reached to 4545kg in 2003, far higher than average values in China. The production value of dairy products attained 1.3 billion yuan RMB in 2003. and milk resource mostly came from five major dairy companies such as Weigang. Guangming (Shanghai). Shantian. Jinyangguang and Wangwang etc.2 Developing advantages and existing problems of daily industry in Nanjing cityGood resources such as climate, soil, grassland, crop straw and geographical environment provide Nanjing city with biological advantages to develop daily cow industry. But some problems still remain, including small scale raising of cows and processing of dairy products, the appearance of milk adulteration maybe occurs ever and. the construction of quality standard and screening system for dairy industry are lagged, the usage of input isn't standardized, irrational distribution for dairy cows production. These problems maybe affect smooth development of dairy industry in Nanjing city' tosome degree.3 Countermeasures for developing dairy industry in Nanjing citySome measures of techniques and organization should be implemented to insure the development of dairy industry in Nanjing city.On the frist hand, the following technical measures should be taken. Firstly, to optimize existing resources and establish the new dairy industry system. Secondly, establish the non-nuisance production system. A thorough quality supervision production mode should be used to ensure the quality of the milk product. Thirdly, establish the technical guarantee from anti-epidemic and supervisory measures of the milk-cow epidemic; input screening and control; planting and feeding of the non-nuisance green feed.; research and usage of new Chinese herbal medicine; supervision of the quality of the raw milk and the usage of cow manure resource for the non-nuisance production system. Fourthly, the construction of the non-nuisance milk production base should be reinforced. Proper scale raising and raising community shoud be developed to enhance the transfer of the traditional feeding to the standard productioa At the same time, the DHI performance assay should be implemented to improve the milk quality.On the second hand, there should be some organization to implement the circular dairy cow industry economy in Nanjing city. The scale raising system should be promoted through improvement of technique.
