Through his study, the writer find the malpractice and its cause of the management structure of public procurator, which enlighten the author make a bold assumption that to establish a much more reasonable management structure of public procurator through reforming the method of leadership of procuratorial organ, improving the mechanism of choosing and appointing, perfecting the mechanism of guarantee and supervision, and consummating the systen of rewards and punishments. Moreover, the thesis exploratorily advances a new theory of classified administration of publicprocurator, which is expected as a way to be put into effect to enhance the whole quality of public procurator and to raise the integration efficiency of the resources of the procuratorial organ. After all, it is ol momentous current significance to the judiciary impartiality and the development ol society to establish a set of scientific management structure of public procurator.
