Introduction of human capital is one of the obvious features in knowledge economy era. It is a product of further development of market economy. The study of human capital value added has practical significance for today' s enterprises, and this is the primary purpose of the thesis.At first, the thesis explains the concepts such as "capital" , "human resource" , etc, then draws the definition of human capital and demonstrates its distinctive features: dynamic role, effectiveness for a given period of time, and so on.In the second chapter, keeping to the stand of enterprise, the author expounds the contents of human capital of enterprise in detail and classifies its existing types.Chapter 3 and 4 discuss the question on human capital accumulation inenterprises. The text analyses the ways of accumulation from both sides --outside and inside enterprises. It must be understood that the ways of accumulation are essential prerequisite of increase in value of human capital in enterprises.On the basis of a new comprehension of the process of human capital value added in enterprise, chapter 5 makes a detailed analysis about the circulation and allocation in the process of increase in value.At the end of the thesis, the author supplies enterprises with some tactics promoting the value added of human capital.
