The New-established Enterprise--The ZX Company A Strategy Formation Analysis

The 21st century is the century that people making earnest efforts to start an enterprise. The new-established enterprise is in an endless stream, but its theoretical research lags behind relatively and especially the strategic research of the new-established enterprise is nearly empty.Firstly, this study introduces the characteristic of the new-established enterprise, then describes the strategic management theory, and points out that the new-established enterprise needs strategic management. Secondly, it systematically analyses the ZX Company exterior, internal environment, the living condition and the changing trend, finds out the development opportunity, threaten factor and weaknesses. Taking full advantages of the interior, exterior factor, the evaluation the matrix again, competition the situation matrix it analyzes with SWOT matrix and sets up the system of its evaluation. Finally, by analyzing synthetically, it establishes out the ZX Company total strategy programming and working talent strategy, provides a kind of strategy choice for the ZX Company to get out the trap, to exist and development.This study trys to analysis the theories of business enterprise strategy's manage and the study with the true case of the ZX Company, in order to find out a kind of mode of the new-established enterprise strategy formulation. This case carries on helpful exploration for the new-established enterprise and it has put forwardone's own opinion in three respects:1.It analyses the characteristic of enterprise established recently. It points out the requirement and implement strategic management of the newly established enterprise.2.It has achieved method, principle and precautions of making the new-established enterprise strategy.3.It has defined the ZX Company's strategic objective and striving direction, has pointed out the way for its survival and development as well.
