Along with the harder and harder competition between the real estate companies, M company had to enhance its management, and enhance employee performance. In this dissertation, M company reforms its existing employee performance evaluation, and design new one.Constituting employee performance evaluation includes the following factors: Constitute scientific and reasonable performance evaluation standards with basing on scientific job analysis; Constitute a strict and feasible performance evaluation system; Human resource management department control the whole process, and provide the communication feedback.The practice of M company actualizing its new employee performance evaluation system showing that: Chinese companies badly need to constitute scientific performance evaluation systems, but if want to take full advantage of it, there still existing lots of problems which need to research and solve, such as constitute the evaluation standards, the choice and using those measures and techniques, the controlling of effect in the process of execution, etc.The dissertation includes five parts. The first part mainly introduces the concepts of performance evaluation and performance management; The second part introduce the process, principle, methods of performance evaluation; the usual misplays and the ways to avoid those misplays; two new methods of evaluation, such as the KPI and Equation Score; The third part presents the actuality of Mcompany and its old employee performance evaluation system, analysis its problems and deficiencies. The fourth part mainly designs and constitutes new employee performance evaluation system. Includes job analysis, design research questionnaire, carry out objective management, constitute KPI index system, design evaluation forms, design performance evaluation process, and design evaluation periods, the communication feedback, etc. The fifth part appraising the new performance evaluation system, and bring forward more consideration about employee performance evaluation..
