The reason lie in lacking the effective performance evaluation criterion. So, it is the task of top priority of enterprise's human resources development and management to set up and perfect the performance with rational science and appraisal the system.Literary grace this with determine the nature appraisal combine quantitative appraisal with , theory analysis with real example analyse combine together , use successful experience for reference with pioneer and invent the method to combine together, proceed from general theory to the research of checking and rate the system of the performance , has summarized the domestic and international performance rule of development and trend of appraising the theory. Have analyzed and appraised to the development that the modern enterprise's performance of our country checked and rate practice on this basis, point out the performance of our country checks and rate the existing problem of the system and deficiency , set up the performance of suiting enterprise's general management and examine the index and appraise the system, analyse to appraising the system to verify through the real example.
