Discussion About Operation Mold Of Corporation Manage As Project Implemented By "Dongfang Weld"

Through analyzing cases and studying demonstration, this thesis abstracts and sums up the experience and practice of corporation manage as project implemented by "Chengdu dongfang weld equipment limited liability Company" ("Dongfang Weld" for short) in which the author holds a post. It mainly applies thought concept basic theory and methods in manage as project to newly check the aim and measure of corporation management especially the structure and administration of the whole chain of value. Combined with relevant theory, it innovatively brought forward a basic operation mold in manage as project, which was called "three layers and two dimensions" operation mold. The author expatiated more about this mold based on the operation practice of "Dongfang Weld" . This mold can not only be applied in weld industry but also has a wide universality, and the more important thing maybe is that this way of thought has positive meaning and great value to theory exploration and practice doing of corporation manage as project.
