LAFE Computer Manufacturing Co.Ltd.——Analysis And Thought Of Project Management

Meanwhile, Truly describes project management on different level of an enterprise. It is helpful to improve the project management level of LAFE company in the future.The case analysis part: The writer, in the means of theory which he mastered, made the preliminary analysis to the project management and questions stated in the end of the case. Firstly, analyses the project organization chart and make a study on the choosing of project organization form; Secondly, analyses the project feasibility evaluation method of LAFE company---IPP method; Thirdly, analyses the project planning, project risk management, project progress control and project cost control of TZ-88 E Dimension Control, and submits some good suggestions.
