In 1992, Korea (Republic of Korea) and China established the diplomatic relationship. Since then, as two neighboring countries, we have made great progress in the field of economic cooperation, including trade, investment and laboring cooperation, etc. Although this cooperation develops very quickly especially in recent years, we also need to realize that current time and the near future are crucial for the cooperation between us concerning its advantages and problems existing. There's no doubt that the two countries' economy could compensate each other at many aspects, but there also exits huge trade deficit and conflict. It becomes a real matter on how to achieve the economic cooperation goals at 2008 which is agreed by the two country's leaders. On the bases of the influencing factors such as the world economic integration, Sino-Korean economic developmental trend as well as the macro-economic policy, this thesis made a thorough analysis on the reasons of the fast development of this economic cooperation, also the trade deficit and conflict arousing, summarized the current status of the Sino-Korean economic relationship and stated its prospect. At the end, the detailed methods and procedures on how to further this cooperation were presented and discussed.
