Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992,relations between the two countries have developed rapidly. In recent years,China-ROK relations have been ups and downs, especially since the first half of 2016,the DPRK nuclear issue and the turmoil on the peninsula brought about by the Sadr crisis have cast a shadow on the development of China-ROK relations. With a shadow, the Korean Peninsula has once again become a hot spot of concern at home and abroad. With the deployment of the Sad system in South Korea, the political relations between China and South Korea have turned sharply, and the Chinese government has expressed opposition to the Saad system.A wave of resistance to Korean products and related companies, and whether this behavior is correct,it is clear that this political incident has affected the economic and trade relations between the two countries, which makes us think whether the political relations between the two countries andthe economic and trade relations between the two countries will affect each other. If the mutual influence, how much influence is there? We directly believe that the political relationship between the two countries will have an impact on economic and trade relations. This paper will quantify this relationship and discuss whether the economic and trade relations between the two countries can influence the political relations between the two countries. If so,political relations Can it be improved through the deepening of economic and trade relations between the two countries? If the relationship between the two is obtained by quantifying historical data,it can provide a theoretical basis for the two countries to use economic and trade relations to improve diplomatic relations or achieve other political intentions.First of all,we use the comparative analysis and qualitative analysis of the trade and direct investment of the two countries before and after the Sino-Korean event, and infer from the data that the relationship between the two countries has an impact on bilateral trade and direct investment, and in turn bilateral trade and bilateral direct investment. It also has an impact on the political relations between the two countries. This paper uses empirical analysis methods to use the data of China-ROK relations developed by Tsinghua University's School of International Relations(1980-2017)to express political relations between China and South Korea, and then to use the political relationship data between China and South Korea for 25 years and the amount of direct investment between China and South Korea. As an empirical analysis of model variables, through the establishment of a trade gravity model, the relationship between China-South Korea political relations and trade and direct investment between the two countries is analyzed. The results show that China-ROK relations will have an impact on trade and direct investment between the two countries.Trade and direct investment between the two countries will also have an impact on the political relations between the two countries.Through the summary of empirical results and theoretical derivation, international trade and international direct investment will have an impact on international politics.Political relations will also affect the conclusions of economic and trade relations and direct investment between the two countries. Finally, from the perspective of Sino-Korea trade and direct investment, respectively. And relevant suggestions at the government level.
