Chinese car industry just walked through the road for 50 years. Accompany with the WTO affiliation, the Chinese car profession structure and form turns into continuously. The car industry increases people to value the degree of the car industry continuously because it weighs stronger in our country GDP. Faced with the vigorous market competition, the car industry how to make use of its advantage to create own brand is becoming importantly. Who own the market will conquer the world. Drawing lessons from the marketing mode of abroad forerunner, valuing the superiority and inferiority, establishing marketing mode fitting with car industry of our country is becoming the most important. The built of distribution channel of car relate to the existing of the car production.Marketing channel is core and soul of marketing system. Setting up a scientific marketing channel is a key to prop up the marketing system to operate efficiently. Integrating with car industry of our country and the actual circumstance of the car market, investigating the connection with international business customary practice as well as matching the business marketing channel fitting for the state situation of the car enterprises is not only important but also very urgent. This text divides primarily two parts. It discusses two themes about the present condition of the car industry development and distribution channel as well as design and management of distribution channel. The aims are that inquiring the rationality of distribution channel of the car industry in our country and putting forward the design and management principle based on distribution mode of car industry in Euro-American.The first part discusses the present develop situation of car industry in our country, the concept and main types of the distribution channel, the distribution channel modes in foreign countries and proceeded to expatiate with the macroscopic and microscopic environment of domestic car marketing and summarize the superiority and inferiority of abroad car distribution channel.The second part discusses the current domestic car distribution channel and considers further to this. It also puts forward the problems of current domestic car distribution channel, principles and missions of distribution design and the ways how to design. Finally it developments some counter plans of the builds and services of car distribution channel.The purposes of the thesis are to analyze the present condition, mode, restricted factors and future development by studying the theories of distribution channel and actual situation. The aim is to design reasonably and manage of the car distribution channel so that it can provide the directions of design and practice of domestic car distribution channel.
