| With the deepening of China's economic reform, Chinese economy has stepped into the fast development track. With this trend, the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China are mushrooming. Unfortunately, most of the SMEs seldom survive for more than five years. The survival and development of those SMEs has drawing more and more attention. Based on the growth of a small computer game company, this report analyzed the survival skills and development strategies, and discussed ways a Chinese SME can adopt during their early stage. In the first part of this report, the author briefly introduced the industry background, company profile, operation strategy, product strategy, channel building, advertisement strategy, sales strategy, production management to give the readers a better understanding of the company's environment as well as its growing process. In the second part, the survival and development strategies are analyzed. Those strategies include: 1.
