Since its introduction the 1980s,SCM has been attached much attention and created gread social and economic benefits. In order to implement SCM efficiently,it is imperative to reduce the number of suppliers and develop close relationship with remaining ones.But different from vertical integration ,every enterprise on the supply chain is still independent economic entity and has its own profit target. Consequently,every enterprise may act opportunism,but opportunism is harmful to the maintnance and development of the partnership between enterprise,and has passive effection to the whole supply chain.However, purchasing operation and the relationshiop with suppliers is a important tache of a supply chain , also is a complex problem.After MRP/MRP-IL@ ERP and JIT starting, they improved the process of purchasing,but it have not ascended the hight of relationship management.The same reason to focuse on customer relationship management,on the basis of the theory SCM,through the questionnaire's results,this thesis analysis the present of purchasing process. Studing on the viewpoint of buying firms ,we firstly put forward the necessity of studing SRM;This thesis emphasis the important of relathionship's development and remainment during purchasing management,at the same time ,analysis relationship's the influencing factor and process of development and advance relationgship network management; Secondly ,according to the characteristics of the relationship between buying firms and their suppliers,we build up the mode of theory game and analysis further how to cultivate the loyalty of surpplier to the core enterprise and build up a series of mechanism to maitain the "win to win" relationship between them;Lastly, we build up supplier relationship worth synthetic value system and seek after hiberarchy -gray estimation system and bring forward an example.
