For modern enterprises the Purchase Management (PM) based on the Supply Chain (SC) is an important approach of making resource decision and improving core competition. The effective implementation of good cooperative relationship with suppliers, reduce stock and cost, increase the accuracy of forecasting and efficiency of the whole supply chain. On the basis of research on the essentiality of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and PM, one of more comprehensive index systems of supplier evaluation is put forward. Afterward, by studying architecture of SCM, the system frame of PM based on SC is provided.In chapter 1, the present research situation of SCM and Purchase Management system (PMS) are reviewed. According to the practice of those methods in the textile industry and the enterprise, main contents and general structure scheme of this thesis are present.In chapter 2, the basic theory of SCM and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) are present. Then the function of PMS in Enterprise Resource Planning are analyzed. After that, the research of PMS based on SC are pointed out.According to the practicality of enterprise, chapter 3 mainly researches some problems of the supplier selection and evaluation.In chapter 4, a system model is analyzed. An organization structure is put forward. An method about IDEFO is applied to anatomy the process management and domination in supply chain plan. In addition, purchasing based on order for goods management is analyzed.In chapter 5, by means of IDEFO, system overall scheme, system function and model sharing information are described. At last, a system frame of PM based on SC is designed.Main conclusions of this thesis and the future research have been summarized in the end.
