In the human resource management of enterprises, the payment issue is undoubtedly one of the most sensitive problems. In fact, during the process of establishment and development, all enterprises take the distribution of earning as a very important matter. They invest a lot of energy and time for it but the result is not fully up to expectations. How about the payment quotations of the trade? What kind of problem does payment market face? How to make company payment strategy? This is probably not only the major issue that the personnel managers worried, but also a big problem that company leaders should pay close attention to.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, Chinese economy has had a lasting, steady and fast increase. Great changes have taken place in the economic sector. As a most vigorous economic force, private enterprises have already become the new point of growth in economic development and an important carrier of technological innovation.In the present stage, private enterprises are generally "human capital intensive". As soon as the enterprises reach to a considerable scale, its operation will highly depend on the specialized human capital. Because of its special growth condition, when private enterprises seek a further development after the primitive accumulation, the unrational characteristic of its payment management mode is getting protruding further. It is showing negative influence more and more both to the growth of human capital in private enterprises and the forming of benign growth motive for human capital and traditional capital.By studying on a model case of private enterprises, the paper announced the general problems existing in the payment management in domestic private enterprises. It fully excavated into the profound reasons. According to these questions and reasons, the paper proposed some suggestions to optimize payment management for private enterprises. The achievements of this research are of important realistic meaning and extreme practical values for optimizing payment management scheme in domestic private enterprises. It also has reference usage for other kinds of enterprises to design their payment management system.
