Starting with strategic plan and present situation of human resource management of China Force Oils & Grains Industrial (Zhenjiang) Co. Ltd., the thesis analyzes and researchs the existing system and process of performance management on the basis of human resource management strategy, method of performance management, system design, communicating, check-up cycle, check-up dimension, optimizing tools, controlled model and training, etc.Then, the thesis concludes that the company should set up the strategic performance management system according to the company strategy, and it has set up a complete set of optimizing design, including set-up step, management frame, implement policy, the new BSC evaluating system, measuring standands, communicating procedure, check-up cycle, check-up dimension and quantitative controlled model, etc. by applying theory of MBO, KPI, BSC, and 6 sigma tools in order to face to the company strategy and gain long-term success. |
