As a new and main industry, real estate attracts a lot of attention for its rapidly development and great effect on other industries. With the background of economic globalization, real estate enterprise is facing more and fiercer market competition. In order to survive and develop, real estate enterprise must change their management mechanism and go in for advanced ideas, mode and means of management.Purchase management has played a great role on quality, cost and duration of real estate; it is one of the main methods to realize differentiation and low cost strategy. The thesis consults plenty of documents and reference information, and fully uses the existed final achievement relating to purchase management. In the light of theory with practice case study and qualitative analysis with quantities analysis, the thesis analysis and study the purchase management of Zhong Yuang Real Estate Co. Ltd. Firstly the thesis gives an introduction of current status of the real estate industry in China and basic knowledge of purchase management and expatiates on purchase flow, purchase mode and supplier management. After a brief introduction of Zhongyuan Real Estate Co. Ltd, the thesis studies current status and problems in purchase management of the company and provides some methods to resolve these problems. Lastly the thesis gives some ways to sort the purchase materials in different categories, optimizes the purchase flow, raises scientific purchase mode and establishes normative supplier management system. Though the thesis is concentrate on purchase management of Zhongyuan Real Estate Co. Ltd, it will be helpful to other rapidly development real estate enterprises.
