A Study On Purchasing Management With The Use Of New Technology Of Flow Industrial Enterprises

Purchase is the behavior of buying products and service from external world for the enterprise's normal running. From the point of view of the whole enterprise, purchase is the starting point in the enterprise's products appreciation course. The impact of purchase decision, efficiency of the purchase activity and its cost on the final products cost will enlarge gradually with downward movement of the products.Under the traditional mode, the purpose of purchase is only replenishing the stock. The purchase department doesn't care for the production process, and know little about the change of demands. At the same time, influencing by the procedure enterprises' characteristics, there could appear a lot of problems such as information asymmetry, purchase inefficiency and high costs among purchasing business. Various kinds of drawbacks bring about enormous resources waste, increase the purchase costs and reduce the competition advantages of enterprise.Proceeding from the inside of purchase department, making use of the SCM theory, logistics theory, ERP theory, and e-commerce theory, and utilizing the advantages of the information technology, network technology, we have proposed lowering cost strategy, stop up loophole strategy and time guarantee strategy, and specific tactics about purchase batch, quality, price, delivery date and so on in order to help enterprise solve problems of information sharing, transparent procedure, purchase opportunity choosing, supplier management.
