Research And Development Of Purchase Management System Based On The Agile Supply Chain

For modern enterprises, the Purchase Management (PM) based on the Agile Supply Chain (ASC) is an important approach of making resource decision and improving core competition. The effective implementation of this management model will be helpful for enterprises to build up the good cooperative relationship with suppliers, reduce stock and cost, increase the accuracy of forecasting and the efficiency of the whole supply chain. In this thesis, the author researches on this PM system from the following aspects in detail:1 The basic theory of supply chain management and the implementing principles of Agile Supply Chain Management System (ASCMS) are presented. Then one of the models of ASCMS found on the center of harmonization decision is given.2 The function, aim and workflow of PM are studied, the deeply research on cooperation pattern and harmonization mechanism of PM is made. According to analyzing the Just-in-time (JIT) purchase and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) purchase in the ASCMS, one of the process models of CPFR purchase oriented ASC is pointed out.3 On the basis of analyzing the essentiality of establishing strategic partnership with suppliers in ASC, one of more comprehensive index systems of supplier evaluation is put forward. Afterward, by means of the above index system and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), one of the methods is applied to realize the supplier evaluation and selection.4 The overall scheme of the system is presented and the modules and functions of the system are designed also. At last, by means of ASP, C++ builder and MS SQL Server, the system frame of PM based on ASC is provided.The main conclusions and the trend of this research are summarized in the end.
