Research And Application On Cutting-stock Optimization And Materiel Management In Steel Structure Enterprises

Along with the development of economy in our country,the market needs more and more steel structure products, and it also makes the competition more drastic at the same time. How to survive and develop in the market competition has become a problem that steel structure enterprise have to face. the produce efficiency of the steel structure enterprises is enslaved to cutting-stock optimization and stock management.According to the ERP implement of WuHan Iron&Steel Group Metal Structure Company Ltd., the cutting stock and material management of steel structure enterprise are studied in this paper.In this paper, the meaning and object of the subject are firstly introduced.The development and present status of the relative technique of cutting stock and material management are summarized. In the end, the source and the research contents and target are introduced.Then the ERP implement of steel structure enterprise is analyzed, the production characteristics of steel structure enterprise, ERP development and thought are introduced, specially the difficulties of ERP implement of steel structure enterprise are discussed.In the research aspect of cutting stock problem, first the cutting stock characteristics and craft request in the steel structure are analyzed,then the mathematical model of general cutting stock problem is analyzed, and the measure of cutting stock is brought forward. cutting stock problem belongs to the typical NP complete problem, and now there is no effective algorithm to solve it. In view of the practical circumstances of steel structure enterprise and combined with the experience of manual layout, a kind of dimensions-decreasing heuristic algorithm which can reduce a mass of unnecessary calculation of traditional algorithm is adopted to get the approximate optimal solution of the cutting stock problem.As to the material management, first it's basic principle and traditional limitations are introduced, then the trait of materiel management of steel structure enterprise is put great emphasis on to be analyzed, and the method of materiel balance is brought up, the information integration of cutting stock and materiel requirement is realized.Base on the works above, using Microsoft .NET as the developing tool and the Oracle9i as the Database platform, a prototype based on the B/S architechure is set up, and the integration of cutting stock and materiel management is realized abecedarianly. Finally, the development trends are pointed out.
