The article based on task of the management research of Fuhuang group's steel structure to discuss steel structure market, which task is a part of task of Anhui Fuhuang group's continue development.During 2003-2004, steel structure construction had developed with large-scale in China. Steel structure product has widely applied in the industrial and the civil construction, specially in industrial construction. Today, steel structure market competition is intense. On the one hand is domestic and foreign enterprise and upper and lower reaches of enterprise's entering in the market, on the other hand is price of raw material, lack of the energy and so on, which has affected the profit of enterprise.The article analyzed the present situation of our country's steel structure market from Fuhuang light-steel structure limited company. It contrasted the leading position of the three domestic company and one foreign company in steel structure market. In article, it emphatically analyzed the main question and the reason of Fuhuang light-steel structure limited company marketing management and pointed the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the prestige with SWOT analytic method. It put the corresponding countermeasures of the market development, product development, the marketing management information system, the difficult of returning funds and so on. At the same time , the perfect assess system should be established in enterprise, including to the whole enterprise assess system, which assess on the core competitive power, and marketing personnel's assess system.
