The Research Of Social Logistics Service Performance Management

With the trend of world, and the continual development of economy, the progress of science and technology, the need of logistics service becomes more and more.Now, there appear a lot of logistics enterprises, large and small. They want to satisfy the requirement of logistics service through supplying the social logistics service. But there is a problem how to supply enough efficiency and effective logistics service to meet the requirement the customers need. Now there are many researchers all want to adopt the performance management to solve the problem. While, there is not a normal that all the researchers agree in studying social logistics service performance management.The article studies and discusses just basing on this background.The author thinks the social logistics service has especial feature, relative to the internal logistics. Here, the feature is called as double-parts, one as service function, and another as service product. And this feature certainly results in the difference in the logistics performance management. This article is outspreaded based on this difference, and hope to analysis with the service marketing theory and performance management theory to find a good way to managing the social logistics service according to the feature.Firstly, this paper descript and analysis the connotation of double-parts, and point to the difference between the performance management of social logistics and internal logistics.Then, according to the modern business bank's division of service system, this paper divides the social logistics service system into core service system, including logistics business service system, logistics marketing service system,logistics quality service system, and support service system, including logistics technology support service system, and logistics system support system. And last build up a framework of social logistics service performance indicators.Finally, this paper analysis the necessary to measure the social logistics performance indicators integrate, and finish it with the AHP way.The author thinks the paper can give a suitable way to manage the social logistics service. And can give reference value to logistics enterprises to manage logistics activities.
