The environment problems that will be prominent in the new millennium are just the same as those .As one of the main contributirs to the depletion of natural resources, the Housing Industryis a major cause of unwanted side affects such as air and waterpollution, solid waste,deforestation,toxic wastes,health hazards,global warming,and other negative consequences. People are widespread to know, to realize Sustainabe development strategy must change that kind of large quantity consume the nature resources and break the environmental developments method at the same time.The sustainable development stratagem of the Housing Industry depends the green brand and Green Marketing.According to the request for sustainable development and with the popularization of the green and environment-protected idea, green-housing will become the leading housing pattern in the 21st century. The green idea runs through the whole housing industry form the design,building,producing of building-material,ornament and management,and at last appears in the synthetical diathesis of the housing product.Green Marketing, a concept oriented to environmental protection, is the certain choice of real estate companies in an era of ecological civilization. Their exploitation, as they overly depend on the ecosystem of a city, will inevitably be restricted by the ecological resource of the city. Today the city entironment is deteriorating, the concept of sustainable development is becoming embedded in people's mind, and consumers'demands for greenness is guiding the market towards a new trend. All these has interplayed to make green marketing the only psychology of today's real estate companies. The thesis goes on with a discussion of the green marketing theory, this thesis makes a brief introduction of the conception, meaning and the major contents of green marketing for real estate companies.In the final chapter, the exploitation of "Jin Du Apartment of Jia Xing"and "Bei Ru Chun " in Bei Jing is chosen as an example to demonstrate the exploitation strategy for green brand and Green Marketing, which provides a very good sample for the practice of green marketing of real estate companies.
