Risk Assessment And Strategy Research In Project Contractor

Civil engineering and construction corporations' characters make project contractor full of risk. In the present, construction market is a buyer' s market, so construction corporations are in inferiority condition. If they cannot carry out risk management effectively, they would suffer from much loss. But in our country many construction corporations lack proper tools and special people of risk assessment, no mention to researching the strategies. This is the reason to write the thesis.Based on much reference and investigation, this thesis identifies the risk factors of project contractor and sets up assessment index system. This index system is not only all-around, but also practical, so it can help construction corporations solve the problems that disturb them most in reality. This makes up for the lack of the current methods of risk assessment. Considering the fuzziness of risk depiction, this thesis adopts fuzzy set to assess the index system. With the method this thesis assesses the risk level of a real project, finds the key risk factors and researches the strategies. The result of this thesis has practical value for construction corporations to assess and deal with the risk.
