Research On Agent Construction System Management Mode Of Government Investment Project

On July 16, 2004, the State Council accredited "Decision on investing in system reform", pursuing " agent constmction system " to the non-profit making government investment project clearly. To the experimental units of agent construction system for government investment project in many areas, this measure will undoubtedly have remarkable help for the development of agent construction system. Considering the various mode of agent construction system, attempt to put forward the concepts of broad agent construction system and narrow agent constmction system. All kinds of modes mentioned previously named broad agent constmction system. The Beijing Mode especially named narrow agent construction system because of its positive meaning. At the same time, narrow agent constmction system take the place of the main research object of this text. Drawing support from the principle-agent theory, this paper set up a model and got some helpful conclusions. Then began to analyze the management of the principal agent and contract. By means of improving relevant systems strengthening agent management and contract contents, agent problems can be settled. Then government investment return will be higher.
